Meet Carlos Coste: A Freediving Legend

Carlos Coste, a freediving legend and multiple World Record Holder, is your guide through the depths of Yucatan. Renowned for his historic dives beyond 100m in FIM and CWT (unassisted disciplines) in 2003 and 2004, Carlos has etched his name in freediving history. With a career spanning two decades, he has earned twelve world championships, Guinness accolades, documentary fame, and numerous sporting world records.

Beyond his competitive achievements, Carlos brings 19 years of teaching experience, finely tuning his methods to guide students to new levels physically and mentally.

  3. WAVE2 Advanced Course (Mar 19 - 24)

    • Five training days: 1x day in the pool, 4x days in deep cenotes (20-24th)

    • Training camp style course where you'll have the chance to really improve and master new skills and performances

    • All-inclusive package: accommodation (6 nights), transportation, all meals

    • Molchanovs WAVE2 materials, Base Training access and certification
