This is not a course. It’s a deeper journey—into your body, your breath, and your potential in the water. Our coaching is built around who you are and what you need. Some divers need a push. Others need to slow down and reconnect. Either way, we’re here to guide you with experience, patience, and full attention.
What to Expect:

Line Training (2–3 hours)
You’ll spend focused time on the dive line with Carlos. He’ll help fine-tune your technique, guide your equalization, and offer real-time feedback—plus video analysis after the session to keep improving. -
Dry Prep (45 minutes)
Before diving, we go through simple but essential land work: breathwork, stretches, equalization drills, and mental tools to help you stay relaxed and ready. -
Small Group or Private (max 3 people per buoy)
We keep it personal. Whether it’s just you or a small group, sessions are adapted to your pace, style, and goals. -
A Coaching Duo That Balances Each Other
Carlos brings over 20 years of experience, 12 world records, and a deep understanding of what it takes to dive well. Petra has a strong background in working with divers who feel fear, stress, or a lack of connection to the water. She’s guided marine biologists, filmmakers, and professional divers, and brings calm, clarity, and safety into every session. Together, we’re a team that supports all kinds of freedivers—from seasoned athletes to total beginners.
